Jennifer Le Clair-Bemis was recognized as a “Top Young Professional of the Year” from the Sheboygan Chamber of Commerce at the 2025 Best Under 40 awards event! This is such a well-deserved honor, and our team is so grateful for her presence, leadership, and knowledge. Congratulations, Jennifer!

Congratulations to Wayne Le Clair!

We are pleased to share that Wayne Le Clair has been awarded the 2023 Rupple Citizenship Award. The Rupple Award is Baird’s most prestigious internal honor for the associate who demonstrates the highest level of commitment to his/her community.

Wayne’s impressive community involvement includes organization such as Bookworm Gardens, RCS Empowers, Sheboygan County Shelter Care, Sheboygan Rotary Club, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Lakeland University, Sheboygan Falls YMCA, Meals on Wheels and the Sheboygan Falls Athletic Booster Club.

Wayne was surprised by his team and family during Baird’s recent annual meeting in Louisville, Kentucky. He accepted the award from Baird’s Chairman Steve Booth who celebrated his extraordinary achievements and unwavering dedication to community service.
